I awoke to the familiar sound of rain this morning. I don’t know why, but I was under the impression it rained less in Australia to that of the UK, but certainly so far, I had experienced my fair share of the wet stuff. Rain has that annoying way of stopping you from doing the things you want to do, but I wouldn’t let it beat me, not today.

I awoke to the familiar sound of rain this morning. Rain has that annoying way of stopping you from doing the things you want to do, but I wouldn’t let it beat me, not today.
Saturday 12th February – Coffs Harbour, Australia
I hadn’t planned to spend too long in Coffs Harbour, but I was beginning to wonder if maybe I should, but I wasn’t really happy in the room I was in, and I wanted to move on as money was getting a bit tight, so today would be my last day here. I had a few things I wanted to do while I had the chance.
Friday 11th February – Coffs Harbour, Australia
I was moving on today, this time to a place called Coffs Harbour. To be honest, I hadn’t heard much about the place, and most people said not to bother about it, but I wanted to see it for myself and to forge my own opinion of it, so off to Coffs Harbour I went.
If you’re a parent, your kids probably beg you every year to go on vacation to Disney World. The thought of going there may give you a migraine, though. Wouldn’t it be nicer for you and your spouse to take a trip to the Bahamas using a private air charter service while the kids stayed with their grandparents? Alas, you can’t go to the Bahamas with your spouse every year. At some point, you’re going to have to fulfill your promise of going with the whole family to the happiest …
Wednesday 9th February – Port Macquarie, Australia
I awoke to the chorus of bird song outside my window this morning. It was a lovely sound and put a big smile on my face as the sun began to fill the room. It wasn’t a beautiful day by any means as there was a covering of cloud all about, but it was light enough to be heading out today.
