Today I witnessed one of the most beautiful sights I have ever been lucky enough to have seen, which may seem strange when you realise it was a cemetery, but what an incredible cemetery it is.

I set my alarm for 6:30 this morning and was up promptly, showered and dressed and out of the door without barely making a noise and waking anybody.

I decided on a bit of siteseeing today round Slovenia, and also a day trip to the caves. It would be a long journey there and back, but I had a feeling it would be a good day.

Today I was off to Slovenia, and was leaving behind a place I liked very much in Slovakia. As it turns out though, today I would not be travelling alone…

Having already spent the large part of yesterday wandering around, seeing the sights and attractions, there wasn’t an awful lot left to see today.

Had a brief chat with my room mates before leaving today. Had my breakfast and showered as usual, then packed my things to leave, destination Slovakia, to a hostel called Downtown Backpackers in Bratislava.

My sightseeing trip around Vienna in Austria revealed much in the way of stunning architecture, but I’m not sure this is really my thing.

A very hot and sweaty trip today, that finally brought me to Vienna in Austria. The hostel I found myself at would be my base for the next couple of days.

It was a day full of emotion, from utter shock and despair, to joy and laughter. The Dachau Concentration Camp was first on the list, followed by Oktoberfest.

The train to Munich was a little crowded, but the trip was worth the hassle, Munich is great, especially during Oktoberfest.
